Devon is a developer, designer, and strategist with a background in communications, brand development, and business growth. Before co-founding Enginate, he took an unconventional career path—spending nearly a decade as a touring musician, playing over 150 shows annually across the country. While on the road, he built websites and honed his skills in online marketing, user experience design, and digital business strategy.

As his freelance development work grew, so did the demand for custom, scalable web solutions. It quickly became clear that the work had outgrown a solo operation. With Aisha’s leadership and operations expertise complementing his technical and creative background, they co-founded Enginate—an agency designed to provide custom website development, digital strategy, and long-term online growth solutions.

Under their leadership, Enginate quickly became a recognized leader in strategic web development and platform integrations. The agency:

 ✔ Developed expertise in platform migrations, CRM integrations, and custom web applications
 ✔ Built over 100 custom websites within the first two years

Today, Enginate specializes in Siteglide, Platform OS, and Webflow, with a focus on custom digital experiences for businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Devon continues to serve on Partner Advisory Boards for two of the agency’s core platforms, ensuring Enginate stays ahead of emerging digital trends.

At Enginate, Devon leads digital strategy, creative direction, and custom development initiatives. His passion is helping clients translate their vision into high-performing digital solutions that drive growth, engagement, and long-term success.

Outside of Work:
Devon is an avid surfer, soccer player, and outdoor education guide. He still plays drums and enjoys exploring the outdoors with his two kids.
