Our Leadership

Aisha brings a unique blend of operations leadership, strategic planning, and global perspective to Enginate. With a Master’s degree in University Administration and over 15 years of experience managing teams in higher education and nonprofit leadership, she has led large-scale initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and strategic growth.

Her early career included serving as college Director of Admissions, followed by a role as Director of Multicultural Affairs at an Ivy League institution, where she led institutional transformation efforts focused on equity and inclusion.

A lifelong traveler, Aisha took time away from her career to follow a dream of living in Africa—a transformative experience that deepened her global perspective. She later transitioned into the nonprofit sector, taking on a Director of Program Management role for an international organization with teams in 13 countries, where she specialized in multi-stakeholder operations, program execution, and cross-cultural leadership.

As demand for Devon’s freelance web development work skyrocketed, the two saw a perfect opportunity to combine their expertise to co-found Enginate. With Devon’s technical and strategic expertise and Aisha’s leadership and operations background, they built a full-service agency designed to bridge technology and business strategy. Having spent years working with digital agencies from the client side, Aisha was especially motivated to create an agency that prioritized seamless communication, structured workflows, and long-term client success.

At Enginate, Aisha ensures that projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with client goals. She is also the agency’s data guru, bringing a meticulous, results-driven approach to every project.

Outside of Work:
Aisha enjoys hiking, kickboxing, and is currently training for her second half marathon. She continues to explore new countries and loves sharing that passion with her children—broadening their world at every opportunity.
